The Showboat is a seasonal resort property, open between May and October, and nestled in the heart of the idyllic Finger Lakes wine region. We are located on the west shore of Seneca Lake, New York’s largest lake, halfway between Geneva and Watkins Glen. Come spend time with us and see what the Finger Lakes has to offer you. Arrive by car or boat. We have recently expanded our docks and have more space than ever, with 30 slips, 3 moorings, and plenty of room to tie up and enjoy the atmosphere. We have a full bar and lounge stocked with your favorite spirits and local wines. Our restaurant serves breakfast on the weekends, lunch and dinner: all of our menus are listed on our dining page. Dine with us and enjoy your meal in our dockside restaurant or outside on our covered patio where you can bask in the scenic views.

The #1 Wine Country in the Country and The Showboat is right in the middle of the Region.  Situated between two of the Fingerlakes  (Keuka Lake & on Seneca Lake) near some of the top  Wineries, we are also  in the middle of several Breweries. We have several other activities nearby like Golfing, Watkins Glen Race Track, tons of Shopping, Museums, Hiking trails, Fishing, Lake Cruises, and much more!

We had a lovely room overlooking the lake, and we enjoyed a dip in the outdoor pool after a hot day. That evening we sat around a campfire with a few other guests. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!
On the hottest day of our trip we stayed at this adorable little gem of a hotel. Our rooms were right on the water, offering the most amazing views. The little bar/restaurant offered a variety of appetizers and a somewhat inexperienced bartender. She was accommodating and very sweet. We all loved our stay and are looking forward to the next time. I wouldn't have traded the experience for anything.
COOL PLACE
if you want a clean & friendly place to stay that sits on the lake this is the place for you. Step back into time when life was simpler and relaxation was the way of life. Meet John the owner & ask him the wonderful history of this quaint hotel. Many stars have stayed there to get away from it all. The rooms are spacious & clean, the staff friendly & very helpful.
GREAT TIME
Good food. Great pub grub and salad bar! Lots of friendly people. Awesome DJ or band on the weekend. Wonderful place to have a drink on the dock by the water. Be sure to try the appetizers especially the bird balls cheese sticks and poppers.
FRIENDLY, FUN ATMOSPHERE. GREAT VIEW RIGHT AT WATERS EDGE
I recently went to the Nascar weekend at the glen and stayed there. My 2 buddies and I have stayed here for the past 6 years to go to the races and drink some wine. It is a quaint little place on the lake and centrally located to do some wine touring for sure. You can hit all the wineries from Belhurst to Heron Hill tasting room one day and then go down to the village of Watkins glen the next.
GREAT LITTLE PLACE IN WINE COUNTRY!!!
The staff and owners are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay there. They rent a minimum of 2 nights during the summer. I went there with classmates on our biannual get together. They have a nice pool and they allowed our drinks by the pool, just not glass. They even let us float in our rafts! There is paddleboat rental available and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Boat accessible and many local Seneca Lakers go there at night. There is plenty of table space outside to play games and drink and have a lot of fun.
