Our Rooms

All of our rooms have cable television and air conditioning. All second and third story rooms have balconies. We take pride in our establishment and have been awarded for our commitment to cleanliness!

The Perfect Finger Lakes Getaway

Each of our four buildings has unique charm that distinguishes it from the next.  No matter which building, you’ll enjoy access to the lake and our centrally located pool just steps from any of our rooms.

Our Lakeside building sits right on the waterfront giving you a beautiful view of Seneca Lake and the surrounding hillside. The lakeside rooms offer the best sunrise view for the early bird.

Our Dockside building provides spectacular second story views of the lake. The dockside building is also home to the restaurant, docks, and entertainment, giving you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the Showboat atmosphere.

Our Poolside and Creekside ( Office Building ) rooms provide you with privacy, and the convenience of a pool at your front door. The balconies allow you to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature with a view of Seneca Lake and the pool.

Our Policy

Terms and Conditions
The Showboat Motel, Restaurant & Bar has a No Smoking and No Pets Policy. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 fee.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available.

Check out time is 11:00am

The office can be reached for any reason by calling us at 607-243-7434. Please let us know ahead of time when you will be arriving if you think this would be after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival and your key will be left for you.

Our property accepts all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Free parking is available.

Many guest rooms are located on the second and third floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $20 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, room key, books, etc.

Property Cancellation Policy

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. 

30-day cancellation applies to all bookings.

The first room night rate will be charged to the card on file if canceling within the 30 days during prior to arrival. 

The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival to the card on file. 

Only the person(s) listed on the reservation will be able to check-in for their reservations. 

A photo ID is necessary for all check-ins

Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy. No refunds will be given if you are canceling with 14 days or if in the case of not showing up for the nights that were reserved.
