We take great pride in providing our guests with the utmost in
professional and personalized service. If there is anything we can do
to make your visit with us more enjoyable, please feel free to ask our
friendly staff members. All of our rooms have cable television and air
conditioning. All second and third story rooms have balconies. We take
pride in our establishment and have been awarded for our commitment to
cleanliness.
Each of our four buildings has unique charm that distinquishes it from
the next. All of our rooms offer a single queen sized bed, or two
double beds. Some of our suites comfortably house 5. No matter which
building, you'll enjoy access to the lake and our centrally located
pool just steps from any of our rooms.

Lakeside building sits right on the waterfront giving you a beautiful
view of Seneca Lake and the surrounding hillside. The lakeside rooms
offer the best sunrise view for the early bird. |

Dockside building provides spectacular second story views of the lake.
The dockside building is also home to the restaurant, docks, and
entertainment giving you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in
the Showboat atmosphere. |
Our Poolside and Creekside rooms provide you with privacy, and
the convenience of a pool at your front door. The balconies allow you
to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature with a view of Seneca
Lake and the pool.
Treat yourself to a well deserved getaway by staying in one of our
Jacuzzi suites. Each suite offers a private Jacuzzi sized for two.
Enjoy your day knowing when you arrive back with us, a relaxing evening
is steps from your bed.
Our rates are based on double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate up
to 5 persons, please inquire for availability. At this time, Pets are
not allowed. Please verify the room rate when making your reservations,
as rates are subject to change. Reservations are guaranteed by cash,
check, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and will be held until
10:00 P.M. All deposits are refundable with a 48 hour notice of
cancellation, except for holidays and special events which require a
two week advance notice.
